Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch is usually 3-5 working days for ready to ship items. For pre-order items and custom order the processing time will vary.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.


All parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail services. Standard delivery within the UK is 2nd class and for international orders we use Royal Mail International Standard services. There is an option to upgrade your shipping to tracked for domestic and international packages.

The total cost of shipping varies on the items purchased however we do not charge extra postage for orders of more than one item.


If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 working days (UK customers) or 25 working days (International customers) please get in touch using the contact form or sending an email to Royal Mail will not classify orders as missing or lost until after the time allotted has passed.

Please check with your local Post Office, delivery office or with a neighbour in case your parcel has been mis-delivered.

Unless you have upgraded your shipping to tracked we are unable to provide you with a tracking number for your order. If you have paid for tracked and insured shipping, a tracking number will be assigned to your order at the time of fulfilment. For non tracked items we are able to provide you with a proof of posting.


We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has dispatched
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
